Kickoff call - Your journey begins

This call sets the stage on what to expect over the next 21 days and serves as an introduction to your community.


Week 1- Unpack your luggage and set your intentions

Week 1 delves into Affirmation basics. What are they? Where did they come from? How do they work? And more! You will leave the call with “journeywork” that will unpack expectations and lay the groundwork for creating affirmations that work for you.

Week 2 - Do the work…authentically

Week 2 is all about putting intention into action. This week is filled with exploration and reflection as you craft your affirmations.


Week 3 - From doing to being: Let the implementation begin

This week is all about immersion and shifting from saying or writing affirmations to living them.

About Your Affirmation Journey Coach

I am Nikita Burks-Hale and I will be your JourneyCoach as you embark on this 21 day transformation. I am a “journeyer” in every sense of the world and have made it my life’s work to guide and support women in their journey to live more imperfect, authentic, and intentional lives. When I am not journeying or building my empire, you can find me on the couch playing 20 questions with my wife Jessica or doing the “hot dog dance” with Mickey Mouse and my 2-year-old son Adonis.

1. What are the dates for the 21-day I am MAGIC Affirmation journey?


Dates will be determined and posted before each session. Here is an example of dates from the last session:

Monday, September 9th 8-9pm EST – Week 1

Monday, September 16th 8-9pm EST – Week 2

Monday, September 23rd 8-9pm EST – Week 3

Thursday, September 25th 8-9pm EST – Final Call. Let’s celebrate!


2. Where will this be held?

The 21-day I am MAGIC Affirmation journey is completely virtual. It will be held via Zoom video conferencing. You can download the Zoom app for free to your computer or phone. Instructions will be via email that will include the Zoom link in the welcome email and prior to each call.


3. Will the calls be recorded?

Yes! All registrants will get access to the full recording when it is posted in the private FB group. 


4. What if I have to miss a call?

I get it. Life gets busy. Each content call will be recorded and posted in the private FB group so that you can still receive the content.


5. I’m not sure if I can do this. I’ve never used affirmations. I don’t even know where to start.

Take a moment. No need to stress or worry. Your first step is joining the journey and I will take it from there. Everyone from those who have never used affirmations to those who currently implement them daily will benefit. This 21-day journey is a space for you to focus on your mindset, your life, and your intentions and create positive statements to support you going forward.


6. I already practice affirmations daily. Do I really need this workshop?

The answer to that is not a simple yes or no. Instead, I will ask you this question: “Did you find yourself getting excited while reading what this 21-day journey would entail?” You were drawn to this page for a reason and there is always space for reflection and shifts in perspective. If you are asking yourself this then you already know the answer.
